October 7, 2020. O1 Properties, O1 Standard Management Company and Schneider Electric have successfully completed modernization of fire- safety control systems at the Krugozor business centre.

Installation of the latest version of Schneider’s analogue-addressable ESMI Sense Fire Detection Panels at the centre enables online monitoring and diagnostics of the fire-safety control system, with access from any mobile device via FireExpert cloud services.

Krugozor is the first business centre in Russia to be equipped with such an advanced fire-safety and automation system. The cloud-based system offers fast, convenient and secure access to fire-protection information. The solution takes maintenance and operation of the site to a new level and significantly enhances the safety of tenants, which is a priority for O1 Properties.

O1 Properties plans to proceed with installation of analogue-addressable ESMI Sense FDP equipment at its other facilities.
