Moscow, Russia. September 6, 2019. O1 Properties won the “Climate Development Leaders” competition, which was part of the 3rd Climate Forum of Cities, held in Moscow with the support of the City Government. The award ceremony took place in the Zaryadye concert hall, adjacent to the Kremlin. The aim of the competition is to acknowledge and promote best ideas, projects and practices in the environment sphere. A total of 247 projects in six categories took part in the competition.

O1 Properties took first place in the nomination “Ecology and Society. Responsible Consumption” thanks to a comprehensive project for improving the environmental performance of its business centres, which includes the use of green technologies and environmentally sustainable management practices to reduce natural resource consumption. As part of the project, O1 Properties will certify its facilities to international BREEAM environmental standards, ensure that the interiors of its business centres favour comfort and productive work by users, interact with local communities and take steps to raise awareness of key stakeholders regarding environmental issues in commercial real estate.
