July 29, 2019. O1 Properties is expanding its business by the addition of a  range of services in facility and property management.

A full range of such services will be provided by the Group subsidiary, O1 Standard, which will also develop expertise in maintenance and operation of tenant offices. The first business centres of O1 Properties managed by O1 Standard are White Square and iCUBE.

Natalia Kornilova, who has led asset management business at O1 Properties since 2012, will head O1 Standard.

“As one of the largest owners of class-A office real estate in Moscow, we already have our own expertise in property management and an understanding of what our tenants want to see. Class-A business centres are not just about architecture, design, location and infrastructure. An appropriate level of service is an equally vital component. By creating our own management company, we are creating a complete service ecosystem, giving ourselves better control over the quality of services and supporting tenant loyalty, ” said Natalia Kornilova.

“O1 Properties developed its own standards for facilities operation, requirements for common areas at business centres and organization of infrastructure services as early as 2014. These standards are applied and observed at all O1 Properties, regardless of the specific company, which provides facility management services at that property. The creation of our own management company is a logical continuation of work that has already been done to ensure that standards of building management match the premium quality of our business centres,” Natalia Kornilova added.
