June 10, 2019. O1 Properties was a prize winner in the Green Office competition, which is held annually by the Department for Environmental Management and Environmental Protection of Moscow Government. The company took first place in the nomination “Business Centre – Green Leader”. Both individual offices and business centres in the Russian capital took part in the competition and there were a total of 134 contenders.

O1 Properties is committed to optimizing environmental performance of the business centres, which it owns and manages. Four of the company’s twelve operational business centres are certified compliant with the international BREEAM green standards and certification of the entire portfolio is planned in the near future.
