April 11, 2019. O1 Properties will act as sponsor to Moscow’s world-famous opera and ballet venue, the Bolshoi Theatre, under an agreement signed on 1 March 2019.

Under the new agreement with the Bolshoi, the Company will support work by the Theatre to nurture Russia’s cultural heritage and promote Russia’s performing arts on the world stage.

Vladimir Urin, Principal Director of the Bolshoi Theatre, said: “I am pleased that O1 Properties has joined us this year as a sponsor. We appreciate the Company’s willingness to help the Bolshoi Theater and the financial assistance, which it brings to our creative projects.”

O1 Properties already implements a wide-ranging program of corporate social responsibility. As well as supporting culture and the arts, O1 Properties pursues environmental initiatives, including certification of its buildings to the internationally recognized BREEAM standards for green construction. The Company also runs a variety of sport competitions and fitness programs for its employees and for tenants at its business centres.
