February 6, 2019. O1 Properties has signed a contract for lease of office space at the Silver City business centre with ERIELL, an international oilfield services group that provides well construction and workover services to leading oil and gas companies in the Russian Federation, Central and Southern Asia and the Middle East.

The new ERIELL office will occupy about 2,400 sq. m. at the business centre. The company is expected to move into the office in spring 2019.

The Silver City business centre is located at the intersection of the Garden Ring and Serebryanicheskaya Embankment in central Moscow. The building uses a contemporary architectural concept with extensive glazing, which maximises use of natural light. Common areas at the business centre are focused around a glass atrium with a water wall. Silver City has excellent infrastructure, including restaurants and a retail zone.
