The investment company O1 Properties, one of the largest owners of class A office real estate in Moscow, and the “Starost v Radost” Foundation, organizes a charity event for the third time to support elderly people living in nursing homes.

As part of the campaign, tenants and visitors of business centers can bring gifts for the Foundation’s wards: sweets for diabetics, personal care products, art supplies, etc.

The mission of the “Starost v Radost” Foundation is to combine the resources of society and the state to improve the quality of life of the elderly and disabled people. The Foundation has set the goal of building an aid system that would be available to every elderly person who needs it in Russia.

As part of its corporate social responsibility policy, O1 Properties pays attention to charity and social issues. The company has been holding the “Starost v Radost” Foundation’s campaign since 2019, has been a sponsor of the Bolshoi Theater since 2019, and has been supporting the “Byuro dobrykh del” Foundation.
