April 06, 2021. O1 Properties signed an agreement with Avtodor-Engineering LLC, a subsidiary of Russia’s state-owned road infrastructure company, Russian Highways, for lease of office space at the class-A White Stone business centre in central Moscow. The 1580 sq. m. office is located on the 12th floor of White Stone. The transaction means that the business centre is now 100% leased.

Pavel Barbashev, Chief Commercial Officer of O1 Properties said: “We welcome our new tenant and are confident that its staff will appreciate the surroundings at White district, which include attractive restaurant concepts and a diverse range of infrastructure. The situation on the Moscow office real estate market remains difficult, but companies are taking the opportunity to move to a high-quality location where their staff will be able to work in safety and comfort.”

The White Stone business centre is located in the dynamic White Square business district, in walking distance of Belorusskaya metro station. The building was certified to BREEAM sustainability standards in 2019.
