The annual CRE 100 rating of the most influential people in the commercial real estate market has been published. According to the rating’s editorial board, this year the competition for the spots on the publication’s pages is unusually intense, and the number of participants has increased significantly, which is why it is now called CRE 100+. However, this did not prevent managing director of O1 Standard Dmitry Sveshnikov, and managing director of Space 1 Mikhail Brodnikov, from being mentioned in CRE 100+. This is a significant achievement that confirms our colleagues’ top-notch professionalism.

Dmitry Sveshnikov, Managing Director of O1 Standard, took the 6^th place in the Real Estate Management category, improving his 2022 result by two positions. Dmitry shared the company’s key achievements over the past year, including the expansion of its geographic footprint, successful entry into a new segment, active promotion in the environmental sphere and reinforcing the team with outstanding industry specialists.

Mikhail Brodnikov, Managing Director of Space 1, took the first place in the Service Offices and Co-workings category. This is well-deserved recognition of his work and efforts aimed at retaining key clients, ensuring the lowest share of vacancies in the service office market, and striving for development and innovation.
