In 2022, O1 Properties, the largest owner of class A office real estate in Moscow, supported and actively participated in the creation of the Clever National Standard for Environmental Certification of Real Estate. The first real estate properties were certified according to this standard in 2023. It is comparable to international certificates (LEED, BREEAM, partly WELL) in terms of requirements, but also takes into account economic, climatic and other national specifics.

O1 Properties, a leader in sustainable development in the real estate market, is undergoing a certification process of all of its business centers. Of the 12 “Platinum” certificates issued by Clever over the entire period, 11 were assigned to O1 Properties facilities:

• Lighthouse business center;
• White Square business center;
• Vivaldi Plaza business center (buildings B, C);
• Silver City business center;
• White Stone business center;
• Krugozor business center;
• LeFORT business center;
• iCUBE business center;
• Aurora business center;
• Bolshevik cultural and business complex.

Certification experts particularly praised the energy efficiency and management of O1 Properties business centers, which allowed them to receive Platinum certificates.

The Stanislavsky Factory business center received a Gold certificate.
