In early 2024, O1 Properties, the largest owner of class A business centers in Moscow, announced the launch of a charitable donor campaign aimed at helping people in need of blood transfusions. The first event in the series took place on February 6 at the Vivaldi Plaza business center in Moscow.

As part of the first event, blood donations were received from 74 donors, including tenants of business centers, O1 Properties staff and partners, as well as representatives of the professional community. According to statistics, one donation equals three lives saved, which means that we helped 222 people.и 

The event was organized jointly with the A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery, who provided a mobile blood collection team. All collected blood is directed to the Center’s patients.

The Gift of Life charitable foundation partnered with the donor campaign. For many years the foundation has been helping children and young people under 25 years old suffering from cancer, hematological and other serious diseases.

Some of the blood collected on February 6 was used this week. After laboratory diagnostics, containers with blood components were delivered to the A.N. Bakulev Center for transfusion to patients and storage.

Just a reminder – O1 Properties intends to hold 6 donor events in 2024, with the next one scheduled for April 16. More details about the venue will be announced later.
