June 9, 2018. O1 Group Limited (“O1 Group”) and Goldman Sachs International (“GSI”) have terminated the transaction regarding shares in O1 Properties Limited (“O1 Properties”) executed in June 2017 (for details of that transaction please follow the link). As a result, GSI has re-transferred 5,112,475 Class B ordinary shares in O1 Properties corresponding to 4.33% of the total issued share capital of O1 Properties to O1 Group.
