For the second time in a row, investment company O1 Properties, the largest owner of commercial real estate in Moscow, was named as the leader in the office real estate developer rating in terms of leased space, The rating was compiled by the RBC Market Research analytical group.

According to the results of the first half of 2022, the company’s portfolio contains 554,000 sq. m. of leasable office space, of which over 528,700 sq. m. is rented. Thus, less than 5% of the company’s portfolio remains unoccupied. O1 Properties is the absolute leader by this indicator, outperforming its closest competitors more than twofold.

When compiling the second rating of office real estate developers, RBC analysts increased the number of evaluated criteria. In particular, it factors in the lease agreement conclusion dynamics in the first half of 2022 in addition to the total amount of space leased as of the assessment date.
