The company Metpromstroy, specialized in complex EPC projects in the metals industry, will take up residence in an office of 1840 sq. m. on the 5th floor of the Silver City business centre in Moscow, owned by O1 Properties.
Beckhoff Automation, a German manufacturer of industrial equipment for automation systems and IoT technologies, has agreed to lease 500 sq.m. of office space on the ground floor at Silver City.
Pavel Barbashev, Commercial Director of O1 Properties, said: “Demand for quality properties in the central business district remains consistently high, driven by revival of business activity and shortage of space available for immediate occupation in the class-A office segment. The latest transactions mean that vacancy at Silver City is now down to 8%.”
Silver City business centre is located in central Moscow, at the intersection of Serebryanicheskaya embankment and the Garden Ring, in walking distance of three metro stations: Kurskaya, Taganskaya and Marksistskaya. The complex has a large retail zone that includes restaurants and cafés, a consumer service centre, a fitness centre, a store, a beauty salon and a car wash, so that tenants’ employees can meet various needs without going off site. Silver City is certified to BREEAM environmental sustainability standards.
