O1 Properties, the largest owner of class A office real estate in Moscow, is announcing the launch of an important charitable initiative – a series of donor events that will be held throughout 2024. Six events are planned within the framework of this project, the first of which is scheduled to take place at 10:00-12:30 on February 6, 2024 at the Vivaldi Plaza business center.

The event was organized in partnership with the A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery and the Gift of Life charitable foundation. All the donated blood will be directed to the Center’s patients.

Why is it important to participate? According to statistics, every third Russian citizen needs a transfusion of donor blood components and preparations at least once in their life. Only 2% of Russia’s residents donate blood. In order to form the required biomaterial supply, this number must increase twofold. We can help foster this indicator’s growth and help people who are in real need.

O1 Properties invites real estate market players to join this charitable initiative.

To participate, you must be in possession of your passport, SNILS, as well as the printed and completed documents. All the forms, contraindications, as well as the application to register for the charitable action are posted on the project’s official website 

The blood donation procedure takes no more than 30 minutes and comprises the following steps:

Registration. 

Verification in the integrated donor database

Express laboratory: blood sample drawn from finger. 

Determination of blood type and hemoglobin level

Appointment with a doctor specializing in transfusion medicine. Discussion of questionnaire, blood pressure measurement. The doctor decides whether a person can be a donor

Tea time – required to maintain bodily water balance.

Blood donation. Approximately 6-10 minutes

Issuance of a donor certificate and monetary compensation. 

After the procedure, you can drink some more tea, get a souvenir, and make a donation if you wish.
